On 9th of January, 2019, I put my first step into Africa.  It was Cairo, Egypt.

As a board member of Japanese Centre of International Theatre Institute (Under UNESCO), I was sent to observe the festival.

公益社団法人国際演劇協会（ユネスコ傘下）日本センターの理事を務めている私が視察に赴くことになったのだ。

Departed midnight from Haneda, and headed for Cairo, via Dubai, by Emirates.
