  • How are you doing, now? 今、どんな状態ですか？

    Hello, friends!
    It’s December and are you working hard?
    At this moment, I have a question.

    師走です。
    年の瀬に当たり、敢えて伺います。

    What did you thought at the beginning of this year?

    年始に何を考えましたか？

    Did you think, “What kind of year is it going to be”?
    or
    Did you think, “What am I going to do this year”?
    Passive, or proactive.
    That makes a lot of difference in your life.

    年始に「今年はどんな年になるかな」と受け身で人生を捉える人と、「今年はこういう年にしよう」と能動的に人生を進んでいこうとする人とでは、大きな違いがあるように思えます。

    If you are the passive type, you may spend calm days, just waiting to see what’s gonna happen; at the same time, you may become like a willow blown in the storm.

    今年はどんな年になるのかなー

    のタイプは、やって来るものを受け入れるという、一見とても穏やかな日々に思えますが、相手に翻弄される状態を許してしまっているとも言えます。

    If you are the proactive type, you may spend active, dream-weaving, energetic days; at the same time, you may become like a worn-out tyre, after struggling with or confrontation against non-stopping unexpected outcomes.

    今年はこういう年にしよう

    のタイプは、行動的で夢溢れて、とてもエネルギッシュな日々を過ごして来たと思いますが、空回りや想定外のことの連続に、力尽きてしまっているかもしれません。

    Both types may find the Live Interaction Technique useful.

    With it, the willow-in-the-storm will find oneself spend the days in calm mind always, without losing oneself.

    And the worn-out-tyre who are filled with the feelings of unfulfilled will find oneself stand up again with full of dreams and accept each moment with joy.

    相手に翻弄されてしまっている人には、自分を見失わずに穏やかに過ごせるように。

    行動が結果に結びつかず空回りと無力感を感じている人には、夢を追いかける明るいエネルギーを取り戻し、その時々を喜びをもって迎えられるように。

    Acknowledge your own presence and see the things under the laws of human nature, I wish every single person to enjoy this festive season.

    ご自身のプレゼンス（存在感）と、人間ってこんなものですね（ヒューマンネイチャー）を受け入れて、心穏やかな師走をお送りになられますように！

    I myself is the worn-out-tyre type, by putting too many things in the daily  schedule.

    However, this year, I am very proud of myself, for having achieved so many things and attain some big objectives.

    ちなみに私は、「今年はどんな年にしようかなー」で、あれもこれもやり過ぎて力尽きるタイプです。

    けれど2017年は、非常の多くの進歩と達成があった年です。

    Let me tell you why, in the next content.

    Hilo, Hawaii, is the newest town in the whole globe, for it is on the newest land in the whole earth.

    ハワイ島のヒロは地球上で最も新しい町です。なぜなら、地球全体で最も新しい、生まれたばかりの大地の上にあるから。

    Before I say anything, I will show some photos.

    One can swim with huge sea-turtles. 巨大な海亀の主と一緒に泳げます

    One can swim with many huge sea turtles, which experience you can rare have in any other place in the world.

    何頭もの巨大な海亀たちと一緒に泳げる、ものすごく稀なことができる場所。

    Yellow is the flower of the Big Island. ハワイ州の中でも、ハワイ島の島の花は黄色

    Coordinate the swimwear to the nature. 水着も景色とコーディネートしてみました。

    Peridot particles fill the lava rock, which will make the beach into green sand in the future.

    カンラン石の埋まった珍しい溶岩でできたビーチ。ここもいつの日か地球上で最も珍しい、緑砂浜となるわけです。

    Japan Buddhist cathedral. Looks Christian Orthodox. ヒロにあるこの建物は、本願寺でした。どれだけフュージョンなんだ！

    Hilo downtown is very colourful. Many places look like 1950s movie settings. ヒロのダウンタウンはまるで1950年代のアメリカ映画の中のようです。

    Green papaya salad in the farmers’ market, and Ahi Poke of Suisan fish cafe. 朝市の青パパイヤのサラダと、日系移民の魚市場スイサンのマグロ漬け丼、美味美味。

    Where I am staying is Minshuku Hilo, where a very great friend works. Many guests also came and go. It is a world meeting place, and best way to make friends during traveling.

    今回、私が宿にしたのは、民宿ヒロ。そこでとても大事な友人が働いているからです。宿泊している間もたくさんの旅人が来ては次の場所へ旅立っていきます。世界と出会える不思議な場所、民宿ヒロです。

    Hi, I am in Hilo, Hawaii, now, for my business, since I have established my own art promotion company IKI, Inc. in Hawaii.

    今日はハワイ島からお送りしています。

    というのは、
    去る３月、北米に法人IKI, Inc. を設立し、
    プレジデント&代表取締役に就任いたしました、
    その事業のため、ハワイに来ているというわけです。

    IKI, Inc.

    It is pronounced as <iki> as of <wiki>.
    The meaning is
    to live, breathe, sense, fashionable, stylish, vigourous,
    in Japanese.

    イキ、と読みます。
    生きる、息、粋、などに掛けた美しい日本語です。

    The company has three things to pursue.
    1  International theatre artists promotion
    2  International theatre artists cultivation
    3  Global human resource cultivation 

    事業の柱は3本

    1 国際的アーティストプロモーション
    2 日本の舞台表現者の育成
    3 表現コミュニケーション力のある人材の育成

    です。

    ELICA MIWA
    Theatrist:  director, actress, writer, translator
    MA in Theatre, from University of London
    Trained at RADA, UK, with the funding from the Japanese government.
    Her works are from Shakespeare to modern experimental plays, opera, ballet, and musicals.
    Several of her works have been awarded form various institution.
    Her book on actor training is:  British Style Acting (published in Japan and in China).
    She has been teaching in many top name institutions such as Tokyo University of Arts and Music, New National Theatre Japan, International Christian University, and Meiji University.
    She also gives business training for such as Nissan, Marubeni, and other global top names.

  • Musical Cinderella in Japan ミュージカル『シンデレラ』本番！

    今日は待ちに待ったミュージカル『シンデレラ』本番です(*^◯^*)

    It is the performing day of Cinderella the musical in Yamanashi, Japan.

    生のオーケストラで歌って踊って心温まるドラマをお届けできるよう、作ってきた、山梨地場産ミュージカル。

    With a full orchestra, with the cast from the providence, with the projection mapping, with lovely young singers, the production is such a happy one.

    お天気にも恵まれ、最高です！

    プロジェクションマッピングで、シンデレラの馬車が飛び出す絵本みたいになるの。最高でしょ？

  • Make Your Golden Cycle 秋分の日に今年を穫り入れ来年の種を撒こう

    Hello, friends, it’s ELICA MIWA.

    23rd of September 2017 is Autumn Equinox Day.
    It’s the best time for harvest and sowing.
    Harvest 2017’s fruits, and sow the seeds for 2018.

    こんにちは、三輪えり花です。2017年9月23日は秋分の日。
    2017年の努力を収穫し、2018年のための種まきをするには最適です。

    Plant the thought in your head.

    What I do is to make the Golden Cycle Cards, to make my wishes to be fulfilled.

    Write down your 7 wishes on seven cards, one by one.

    Lay them in a circle.

    Follow your instinct and choose one for the centre.

    That is going to be the most important card for now.

    Put the centre card somewhere you can see all the time.

    去る9月20日の新月には、ゴールデンサイクルカードを作りました。

    ゴールデンサイクルカードとは

    夢を叶えていく人の周りには、その人を応援してくれる大勢の人がいます。

    その人たちはバラバラにいるのではなく、繋がって存在しているのが特徴。

    私もこれまでにたくさんの夢を叶えてきましたが、私の周りには大勢の応援してくださる方々がいらっしゃいます。
    私には、それが、キラキラと輝く黄金の円環のようだなあ、と思えるのです。

    それである時から、叶えたい夢や目標が出てきたときに、そこに関係する人々の顔を思い浮かべながら、それらをカードに書き出してみたのです。

    そうしたら、とってもスムーズに叶うようになりました。

    これは、作っても頭の中が整理されるし、作っているだけでもワクワクするし、あ、こんなこと考えてたんだ、と自分の心の中がわかったりもするので、こりゃ楽しいぞ、とフェイスブックや、かつてのブログ（残念ながら、2017年4月に誤って全て消滅！！）で紹介したところ、お友達の多くから、願いが叶いました！報告をたくさんいただくようになったのです。我ながら、びっくり。

    ゴールデンサイクルカードの作り方ワークショップ

    というわけで、さる9月20日の新月に、私は作ったんですね、ゴールデンサイクルカード。

    そもそもゴールデンサイクルは、人間関係。

    それは、自分という人間をよく見つめ、そこから人生を進むこと。
    これが、実は、欧米の演技訓練で行う方法を使うと、実によくできるようになるのです。

    ゴールデンサイクルカードを作るたび、私は自分という人間を見つめなおします。

    どんなふうにゴールデンサイクルカードを作っていくのか、動画にしましたのでぜひ、この秋分の日に、一緒に作ってみてくださいね。
