I will tell how I put my sleep into my daily schedule.

Performers on stage cannot lead routined life.
Stages are usually at night and when one gets back to home it is already beyond midnight.

By the time one finishes the responding emails, writing blogs, washing face and brushing teeth and washing hair, it is almost morning, and s/he drops into bed tired.

You cannot make better performance if you are in the situation like this.

What I do is this.

Schedule when to get in your bed.

First thing in the morning, you make a promise with yourself what time you go to bed.

Don’t limit your sleeping time, for the sake of works and jobs.

Instead, limit the work and job, for the sake of sleep.

And you will make your performance much better.
