Hug Your Love

Yesterday, I had a wonderful experience and I’d like to share it.

I was on a bus.  There came a family with a plum.

A boy around 6 yrs old sat on a double seat, and told his you sister (around 4yrs old) to sit another double seat behind him.

“Well, selfish kids”, I thought, “taking all the double seats by themselves.”

Then their mother came in with a younger girl (around 2 yrs old).  The youngest girl crawled up next to her brother.

“Do you want to see outside?  Come to my lap, there.”

The boy picked her up on his lap, hug her, kissed her, literally adored her with gentle stroke of an elder brother.

The mother sat behind him, with elder sister girl.  And the father was sitting front with a huge baby plum neatly tacked near the door.

It’s such a rare scene these days in Tokyo.

And I am so happy to see them.

Even a child has love and caring toward the weaker.

We human being are children of God who is filled with love.
