Well, I, ELICA MIWA, is absolutely proactive type.
What’s more, I put everything I want in one day, ending up in disasterous exhaustion.  Ha, ha.

さて、私は、自分から仕掛ける能動系。

しかも、やりたいことがあり過ぎて、予定に詰め込み過ぎ、撃沈したり疲弊したりするタイプです。

But!

This year 2017, somehow I made great progress and have achieved so many goals!

I am going to share the secret of my success in a minute.

For, somebody else’s success story is not really of a help if the person is just boasting the drama, but my story I think will help, for I see the reason and tips for this year’s success, quite clearly, and that can be reproduced by anybody.

そんな私ですが、2017年は、目標達成、達成、達成の年となりました。

JANUARY

The first coaches of Live Interaction have been born!

Gave an English seminar for the top management business people from all over the world of a big world-wide trading company.

Challenged Japanese calligraphy for the first time.

1月　ライブインタラクション・コーチ第1期生が誕生！

某グローバル大企業（世界的な商社）の、世界中から集まったグループ会社の経営候補者へ、英語でトップリーダーマネジメント・セミナーで、日本らしさと国際活動について理解を深めていただきました！

念願だった書道に初挑戦！

FEBRUARY

A new written musical Cinderella was performed and gained great applause from the audience.  I was directing it.

2月　ミュージカル演出で1300名のお客様と喜びを分かち合いました！

MARCH

Founded IKI, Inc. in the USA, and has become President and CEO.

3月　アメリカ合衆国に、株式会社 IKI, Inc. 設立!

APRIL

Rehearsal for the same musical Cinderella for November tour has started.  Then I spend almost every single weekend in Kofu (Yamanashi prefecture) for rehearsals.

Classes at Otsuma Women’s University, Meiji University Global Business School, and Tokyo University of Arts and Music have started.

4月　山梨シンデレラ：ネズミたちのプリンセス、11月の再演に向けて、毎週末の稽古とワークショップが始動。

大妻女子大学、明治大学グローバルビジネススクール、東京芸術大学（学部＆大学院）の授業開始。ちなみに大妻は英語での授業です。

MAY

I have been elected as a board member of the Japan Centre of International Theatre Institute under UNESCO.

Gave a musical workshop for Showa University of Music.

Gave an online school Learn Speech from Shakespeare.

The first students graduated from Theatre Translator Online School I teach.

Gave a lecture-workshop for students of Sophia University of Japan, to teach how to teach Japanese as a foreign language, through drama.

5月　ユネスコ傘下の公益社団法人国際演劇協会日本センターの理事に再選していただきました。

昭和音楽大学のミュージカル科で、ライブインタラクション演技ワークショップ。

「シェイクスピアで学ぶスピーチ術」オンライン講座開始。リアルワークショップも大人気でした。

「シアター翻訳・通訳養成講座」の第1期が完了、素晴らしい翻訳家たちが育ってきています！

JUNE

Performance of Much Ado About Nothing, by William Shakespeare, with great audience.

6月　シェイクスピア遊び語り第13弾『空騒ぎ』上演で、いつも変わらず愛してくださるお客様と笑いと涙を分かち合いました！

JULY

Gave a live interaction workshop for elderly ladies at Yamagata prefecture, to enjoy words and movement.

Gave business seminar for International Christian University’s Global Leadership School in English.

7月　山形県天童市では60歳以上の元気な奥様たちと体と言葉を楽しむ、ライブインタラクション・ワークショップ！

国際基督教大学大学院でのサマービジネスコース（英語）も始まりました。

AUGUST

My writing of British Style Acting, published by Tamagawa University Press, was to be translated into Chinese and be published in China and Chinese users!  Finished the contract.

Acting concentration seminar for Ferris Women’s University music students.

Rehearsals for Cinderella the musical as a summer camp style.

Started the 2nd term of Live Interaction Coaching School has been started.

8月　著書『英国の演技術』（玉川大学出版）の中国語翻訳＆出版が決定、契約を完了しました！

フェリス女子大学のライブインタラクション集中講義。

山梨シンデレラ：ネズミたちのプリンセスは、夏の集中合宿！

ライブインタラクション・コーチ養成講座の第2期をスタートしました！

SEPTEMBER

Gave a two-day lecture-workshop on live interaction for a big global technology company in English.

Gave the second session for the elderly ladies in Yanagata.

I have started to learn Japanese caligraphy properly under a famous teacher.

9月　某グローバル大企業（テクニカル系）への、英語での、２日間のライブインタラクション・ワークショップで、自信を持って国際活動をする意欲を持っていただきました！

山形県天童市での、60歳以上の奥様方へのライブインタラクション・ワークショップの2回目で、さらに表現力を生きる力をアップ。

書道を本格的に始めました。

OCTOBER

Appeared on stage for Lutherヒロシ市村 hiroshi Ichimura’s Commemorate concert and shared the joy with a very core fans.

Gave a leadership workshop for top business people from all over the world of a big global trading company.

10月　Lutherヒロシ市村の音楽生活35周年記念コンサートの企画運営と出演で、コアなファンの方々に密度濃く喜びを分かち合っていただきました！

某グローバル大企業（伝統ある商社）の、世界中から集まったグループ会社の未来の経営者への、英語での経営リーダーシップワークショップで皆さん、素晴らしい結果を出されました！

NOVEMBER

Success of Cinderella the musical.

Performance and produced a reading show of a play for children, as a trial translation by the graduate of Theatre Translator Online School I teach.

Went to Hawaii, for the work of my IKI, Inc.

11月　山梨シンデレラ：ネズミたちのプリンセス、北杜市での公演、大成功でした！

「シアター翻訳・通訳養成講座」の第1期修了生の一人の卒業作品『ドロシーとオズの魔法使い』をリーディング上演し、たくさんの子供たちと、大人たちも一緒に楽しみました。

IKI, Inc. の関係でハワイへ。執筆と事業企画推進。

DECEMBER

Appointed President of an NPO company called The Network for Women and Lifestyle.

Gave a lecture-workshop for graduate students of Sophia University of Japan, to teach how to teach Japanese as a foreign language, through drama.

12月　NPO法人女性とくらしのネットワーク代表理事に就任（認可降りる）しました。

上智大学で、日本語教授法を学ぶ学生たち（留学生も含む）にライブインタラクションを使う指導法を伝授しました。

I am surprised as well.

My 2017 was coronated with the appointment of President of the NPO, as the authority has approved.

読むだけで疲れちゃいますね。

私も驚いています。

つい先日、NPO法人の代表理事就任も関係官庁から認可が降り、2017年のラストを飾る出来事になりました。

Why was I so successful this year?

There are some reasonable reasons, and I will show what I did.

さて、一体、なぜ、こう次から次へ、目標達成ができていったのでしょうか？

共通の要素があると考えていますので、次回は、それを解き明かしていきたいと思います。
